This policy describes how ETER MARKETING DOO Skopje (“we”) process personal data when you use Talir (talir.mk).

What we collect
We may collect: account email and authentication metadata; synced alerts, portfolios, and watchlists; newsletter subscription if you opt in; and technical logs such as IP via hosting and processors.
Purposes and legal bases
We process data to provide your account and sync features (contract), to keep the service secure and reliable (legitimate interest), and — where required — with consent (e.g. marketing newsletter).
Processors
We use: Supabase (auth and database), Resend (transactional email), and Vercel (hosting and delivery). They act as processors under their terms and our instructions.
Retention and security
Account data is kept while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for security or legal obligations. We apply standard technical and organisational measures; no system is risk-free.
International transfers
Some processors may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where applicable, we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by those providers (e.g. standard contractual clauses).
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, and restriction, where applicable. In the app: download your data from Settings, and delete your account from Account. You may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency (АЗЛП) in North Macedonia.
Newsletter
If you subscribe, we process your email to send product updates until you unsubscribe (same form or API) or delete your account. Account deletion also removes your newsletter row.
Cookies and local storage
We use strictly necessary authentication session cookies (Supabase) when you sign in, and local storage for theme, language/preferences, and local drafts (alerts, lists) before sync. We do not run third-party advertising cookies on core market pages.
